Mr. Eriq brings an international legal perspective, advanced legal education, and a longstanding commitment to justice to his role as Litigation Coordinator at The Kingdom Law Firm. His background as a former attorney in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, an Emory University School of Law graduate, and a registered Georgia mediator shapes his thoughtful, people-centered approach to litigation coordination and client service.
Originally from the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Eriq’s dedication to advocacy began early. Standing up for his siblings and speaking out against injustice inspired a passion that ultimately led him into the legal profession. After practicing law in his home country, he continued his education in the United States, earning a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Emory University School of Law.
With a background spanning legal practice, mediation, and international advocacy, Eriq understands that every legal matter involves people whose lives, families, and futures may be affected. He brings that perspective to his work, emphasizing careful preparation, clear communication, and respect for each individual’s circumstances.
Beyond his professional work, Eriq participates in advocacy through the United Nations Association of Atlanta and UNA-USA. At the 2026 UNA-USA Advocacy Summit, he joined advocates representing Georgia in meetings with congressional offices to support international cooperation and the work of the United Nations. His advocacy interests include peacebuilding, humanitarian assistance, and programs responsive to the needs of the communities they serve.
Outside his work at The Kingdom Law Firm, Eriq is the founder and CEO of the international social-legal organization Bonjour Maître – Hello Lawyer (BM-HL) and founder of Tshhims ADR Firm, an international Alternative Dispute Resolution firm.
